Remove Your Data

Clear steps for on-device information, optional reminders and support requests.

Cabinet, History And Health Profile

To remove your local information, open Settings → Delete all health data in AuraMed. This removes the Health Profile, cabinet and scan history from the device. Individual deletion controls may also be available.

Clearing the app or browser’s stored data removes local information. Check whether you want to retain a copy before using a permanent deletion action.

Your AuraMed Account

If you sign in with your email, a copy of your cabinet, Health Profile, dose record and scan history is stored with your account on AuraMed’s server, encrypted at rest, so it can come back on another device. To delete the account and that copy, open Settings → Delete my account and data in AuraMed and type DELETE to confirm.

This removes the account and everything synced to it from AuraMed’s server. Other devices signed in to it can no longer update it. Information still stored on a device stays there until you remove it as described above.

Optional Reminders

Turning reminders off in the app removes the notification registration described in the current disclosure. You can also contact support to request removal of reminder data.

Request Help With Deletion

Email mail@getauramed.com from the address you used with AuraMed. State which data you want removed, such as reminders, a waiting-list email or support correspondence.

Do not include unnecessary medical details. Support can explain what was removed and whether further action is required.

Uninstalling Is Not Every Deletion Step

Removing local app data does not by itself remove data already processed or stored by a service, including optional server-side reminder registrations. Use the relevant controls or contact support for those requests.
